        Educational Resources
The free digital resources below were designed for professionals who work with families help children and young people understand difficult emotions, regulate mood, and improve relationships. The resources, which were tested with young people and teachers in a variety of educational settings, focus on learning as a means of early intervention. The resources include activities for classes, groups, or for one-to-one discussion. A pupil information and activity workbook has been created as a resource for pupils to refer to.
On this page, you will find the full version as well as a ‘light’ version for schools where printing out the full workbook isn’t possible; the ‘light’ version features activities only and is half as long as the full version. This page also contains PowerPoints teachers can use to structure sessions as well as additional printed material that supports lessons.
